WB Connect is free for merchants. There is no paid tier. There is no upgrade path. Your Shopify invoice will never include a charge from us.
External charges may be billed by your 3PL partner separately from your Shopify invoice, under your existing fulfillment contract with them. Those are between you and your warehouse, exactly as they always were.
If you have a question about a fee that is being attributed to WB Connect, email support@warehousebridge.com. It will not be coming from us, and we will help you trace it.
Why we can do this
WB Connect is published by Warehouse Bridge. Your 3PL warehouse partner separately pays Warehouse Bridge for the warehouse management system they already use to run their operation. That is an existing B2B contract between them and us — you are not part of it.
This is the same model used by other approved Shopify fulfillment connectors. The merchant-facing side is free. The warehouse-side software has a separate, multi-tenant commercial relationship.
