Built by people who’ve been on both ends of a warehouse handoff.
WB Connect exists because the gap between a Shopify store and its 3PL warehouse partner has been everyone’s problem and no-one’s product. We finally made it a product.
The story
A merchant-side connector for a mature warehouse platform.
WB Connect is a product of Warehouse Bridge, a trading style of Flag Eagle LLC, a Nevada limited liability company registered in Reno, Nevada, United States. Warehouse Bridge builds warehouse management software used by 3PL fulfillment operators across the United States and the United Kingdom. Every day, real cartons move through real docks because of it.
What was missing was a clean, free, merchant-facing app that let Shopify stores plug directly into their 3PL partner’s warehouse without spreadsheets, custom CSVs, or fragile middleware. That’s what WB Connect is.
Our model is straightforward: the merchant pays nothing. The warehouse pays Warehouse Bridge separately, under their existing B2B contract, for the warehouse-side software they already use. This is the same model that ShipBob, ShipMonk, OGOship and other approved Shopify connectors run on, and the only honest way to describe a multi-tenant warehouse integration where the merchant isn’t the customer being charged.
What we built
A connector designed to disappear.
The best fulfillment integration is the one you notice once during install and then forget about. That was the design brief.
- Orders sync in real time. The moment a Shopify order is placed, your 3PL sees it in their warehouse system. No batch jobs, no late-evening exports.
- Inventory sync, both directions. When stock arrives at the warehouse, Shopify learns about it. When Shopify sells the last unit, the warehouse won’t overcommit.
- Fulfillment events come back automatically. Tracking numbers, carrier, ship date, delivered status — all written back to the Shopify order without anyone keying it in twice.
- Products and variants stay aligned. Add a SKU on Shopify, it shows up at the warehouse. Edit a variant, the warehouse picks up the change.
