For Shopify merchants whose 3PL runs Warehouse Bridge
The free Shopify app that keeps your store and your warehouse in sync.
WB Connect is the merchant-side bridge between your Shopify store and your 3PL fulfillment partner. Orders, products, inventory levels and shipping updates flow automatically. Free to install. External charges may be billed by your 3PL partner separately from your Shopify invoice.
How it works
Three steps. No engineering effort on your side.
WB Connect is built for the merchant who wants their warehouse to just work. You install it, your store gets linked to your 3PL partner, and orders start flowing.
Step 01
Install from the Shopify App Store
One click. Approve the standard Shopify permissions for reading orders and products and writing fulfillment events. We never ask for more than we need.
Step 02
We link you to your 3PL partner
If your 3PL already uses Warehouse Bridge, we match your store to their account automatically. If they’re still onboarding, your store waits until they’re live — no action needed from you.
Step 03
Orders flow automatically
Sales sync to the warehouse as they happen. Stock levels update on Shopify as inventory moves. Tracking numbers come back to Shopify the moment a parcel is despatched. You stop chasing email threads.
Why merchants choose it
A bridge that disappears once it’s built.
Most fulfillment integrations are built to be sold. This one is built to be used. We made the small decisions in the merchant’s favour every single time.
- Free for merchants. Forever. No tiers, no upgrade prompts, no “starter” gates inside the app. The merchant side of the connection is free for as long as you have a Shopify store.
- Nothing for you to configure. Your 3PL already set up the warehouse side. Your job is to install. That’s the whole onboarding.
- Real-time inventory and fulfillment sync. Stock counts on Shopify reflect what’s actually in the warehouse. Tracking numbers reach the customer on the same day they ship. No spreadsheets passed at the end of the week.
- One source of truth, both sides. Whether a customer service rep is looking at Shopify or your warehouse partner is looking at their WMS, you’re seeing the same numbers.
- Honest about who pays what. WB Connect is published by Warehouse Bridge. Your warehouse pays Warehouse Bridge under a separate B2B contract for the WMS they already use. You don’t see any of that on your Shopify invoice. Ever.
Honestly
A new app, built on a mature warehouse platform.
The Shopify side of this product is new — we’d rather be straight with you about that than ship a fake testimonial. The warehouse management system underneath it has been in production with UK and US 3PL operators for years, moving real cartons through real docks. WB Connect is the merchant-facing surface that finally completes the loop.
If your 3PL is already on Warehouse Bridge, the install is a click. If they’re onboarding, we’ll let you know exactly when your store is ready to go live.
Frequently asked
The questions every merchant asks first.
How much does WB Connect cost?
Nothing. Ever. WB Connect is free for merchants to install and use, for the lifetime of your store. Free to install. External charges may be billed by your 3PL partner separately from your Shopify invoice.
Who pays for it, then?
Your 3PL warehouse partner does, under their existing B2B contract with you. WB Connect is published by Warehouse Bridge; your warehouse pays Warehouse Bridge separately for the warehouse-side software they already run. You will never be billed by us through Shopify, and there is no upgrade tier for merchants.
What does WB Connect do?
It keeps your Shopify store in sync with your 3PL warehouse partner. Orders flow to the warehouse as they come in. Inventory levels update on Shopify as stock moves. Fulfillment events (shipped, tracking number, delivered) flow back to Shopify. Products and variants stay aligned. Nothing for you to do once it’s installed.
Do I need to do anything special to set it up?
Install from the Shopify App Store, approve the standard Shopify permissions, and we’ll auto-link your store to your 3PL warehouse partner if they’re already a Warehouse Bridge customer. If they’re not yet, you can still install — your store will sit ready to connect the moment your warehouse partner is onboarded.
Will I be charged through my Shopify invoice?
No. WB Connect is published as a free Shopify app. Your Shopify invoice will not include any WB Connect charge, now or in the future. Any warehouse-related fees you pay are part of your existing contract with your 3PL — those are not charged through Shopify.
What if my 3PL doesn’t use Warehouse Bridge?
WB Connect only works for merchants whose 3PL fulfillment partner already uses Warehouse Bridge as their warehouse management system. If your 3PL doesn’t, the app will tell you that on install and won’t take any action on your store. Ask your warehouse contact whether they run Warehouse Bridge.
Ready to install?
The whole thing takes about a minute. Free for as long as you run a Shopify store. We’ll do the rest from the warehouse side.
